Spencer Brown

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Spencer graduated with a business degree and entered the healthcare industry as a Nurse Recruiter. Prior to joining Comprehensive Care, he worked as a Regional Operations Manager for a home health agency in Denver, Colorado. After 9 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he and his family moved to Chattanooga, and he is happy to serve the Chattanooga area seniors with Comprehensive Care. Serving the elderly and disabled has been a passion for him as much as it is a career. Spencer receives great satisfaction knowing he can improve the quality of life for our senior clients in the community.  

Trista Tyner

BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER

Trista joined the team as the Business Office Manager in December of 2018 with more than a decade of administrative, finance, and accounting experience. Trista oversees client billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, health insurance, long term care invoicing and other accounting duties. She has always had a passion for seniors, and is happy to be able to serve the Chattanooga area with a team of professionals who all share a common goal of creating comfort for seniors in the home as they age. 


Karen Presley

Karen is a native of Chattanooga, TN who relocated to Nashville, TN to attend TN State University where she received her B.S. in Business Administration. As a people person, her desire to help others lead to the field of human resources where she worked in various HR roles resulting in a 25-year career.  Karen fulfilled the roles of engagement and volunteer liaison, patient, and family advocate for a hospice organization, currently serving as a board member for a breast cancer organization and an avid worker and volunteer of many years supporting the senior’s ministry at her church.  Her desire to continue working as an advocate for others, Karen joined the Comprehensive Care team in January 2020 to carry out the mission of enhancing the quality of life. Having a passion and dedication to helping others, coupled with a soft spot in her heart for seniors, contributes to the care and commitment that Comprehensive Care delivers. Karen has become that trusted advisor in servicing the care team, clients and families in Nashville and surrounding areas.

Crystal Woolfall

Crystal began her journey with Comprehensive Care as the Human Resources Director in October 2017. Her previous experience in Human Resources & Operations Management spans over 15 years.  Crystal is the primary caregiver for her father who suffered a major stroke 8 years ago. This experience influenced her to seek opportunities in the healthcare industry to give back to the senior population. Crystal has established herself as a caring and compassionate support system for not only our internal team and caregivers, but also our clients and their families.

Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie comes from a family of caregivers and knew from a young age that she wanted to continue in the profession. She has been a private and professional caregiver for 20 years and loves being able to make a difference in the lives of the elderly. Stephanie joined the Comprehensive Care internal team as a Scheduler and is now our Care Coordinator Manager. Stephanie enjoys making our clients’ lives more manageable and give them peace of mind, knowing the relief we are providing to them with our wonderful caregiving team. Caregiving has truly developed into a passion for Stephanie, and she comes to the office ready to make a difference every day.

Madison Adams

Care Coordinator

Madison’s passion for healthcare began in high school. She knew early on that this would be her career path choice. After high school, she began C.N.A. school and became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2017. She started working at an assisted living facility and deeply enjoyed providing care and interacting daily with the residents. Madison came to Comprehensive Care in 2018 and worked as an C.N.A. for 2 years before being promoted to an internal position of Scheduler/Care Coordinator.   She has the experience and knowledge to successfully coordinate the best schedule to match the client and caregivers needs. Madison’s previous experience and training as a C.N.A. has helped her understand and support the field staff in the best way possible.

Wendy Adderholt

Wendy grew up in Ringgold, GA and has been with Comprehensive Care since March of 2021. She has a combined 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting. Throughout her life, she has facilitated care for multiple family members, including her late grandparents and brother. Wendy had seen firsthand how impactful Caregivers can be to the quality of life of not only the patient in care, but the entire family. She recognizes the value each Caregiver brings to the team and wants to help them be successful so they can continue to change lives. Wendy is here to provide personalized support to all members of the Comprehensive Care team and those looking to join.

Kristy Kelley

Kristy comes from a very large family.  At a young age, Kristy was one of the primary caregivers for her grandmother who suffered from a terminal illness. She served as a CNA/Caregiver in the geriatric field for 13 years. Kristy’s caring heart led her to a career in the health care industry. Since joining us in March 2018, Kristy has been promoted within Comprehensive Care from Caregiver, to Head Scheduler, to Human Resources Assistant and presently as the Recruiting Manager. Now in a leadership position, Kristy is excited to positively impact the clients we serve, as well as support our wonderful employees.  

Candace Clark

Candace grew up in Dayton, TN and studied Business Administration and Psychology at Lee University in Cleveland, TN. In 2019, an opportunity to work at a local senior living community arose and Candace was excited for the chance to be able to be more involved with residents and their families in their everyday lives. While working in senior living, she saw firsthand the positive impact that was made in the lives of many individuals that lived at the community when they had the additional help from a caregiver in their home. Many of those residents had chosen Comprehensive Care as their in-home care provider and when the opportunity to join us was presented to Candace, she was thrilled to put her passion for helping others have more fulfilling lives to work. Candace has been with the team since November of 2021 and is also currently working towards becoming a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner to be able to better serve, educate, and provide understanding to families we serve that may have a loved one suffering from dementia.

Jessica Winnie

Care Coordinator

After her grandmother suffered a stroke and was also diagnosed with cancer, Jessica, became her caregiver. Jessica could see the quality she was able to add to her grandmother’s daily life. This personal experience guided her future career choice into healthcare. She decided to enroll in C.N.A. classes and became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2005. She worked in assisted living facilities & nursing homes and gained valuable experience. Jessica started her home care career with Comprehensive Care in 2018 as a C.N.A.. She absolutely loved the one-on-one environment with each client that working in homecare offered. Her attention to detail of each specific care plan was impeccable and always above and beyond. Jessica always provided the best quality of care to each client and made each day special for them. After working as a C.N.A. for 3 years, in 2022, she was promoted to an internal position of Scheduler/ Care Coordinator. Jessica quickly adapted to her new position and has provided excellent service & support to our field staff and clients.

Our Caregivers

It’s Our Job To Put You At Ease

At Comprehensive Care, we serve the Chattanooga and Nashville areas by selecting only top-quality caregivers through our intensive screening and training process, going above and beyond the states’ minimum requirements.  

Upon hire, our staff members receive continuous training through a cloud based program from which they are routinely assigned courses to complete. They are well versed and capable of handling a wide scope of care needs ranging from companion care through intensive end-of life bed bound care, Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s and other chronic illnesses.

To ensure that we provide healthy and balanced caregivers for our clients, we have recognized that we have a responsibility to also care for our caregivers. With this philosophy in mind we have created programs to do just that. The idea to uplift and support our staff in a way that is unheard of in our industry.

We understand that each client’s needs and situations are unique, therefore we have a specialized matching and training program to find the best fit for your specific needs. Certain caregivers on our staff have received training for special monitoring needs specific to patients with various chronic illnesses.
